On achieving Business Mastery your business has become stable, consistent and you have a solid foundation for growth: a ‘commercial enterprise’.

Once you achieve Business mastery, you have effectively made your ship watertight. You are no longer wasting time and money and your team are aligned with the goals of the business. Your customers are delighted with your products and services happy to stay with you for the long-term. You have clear visibility of the critical numbers in your business and make great decisions about where you are heading next.
Business mastery is a constant process of reflection, review, and iteration. As your business grows, we may need to revisit some of the areas we have previously worked on to ensure that the systems and processes you created are still effective as your business evolves. This process is both fun and highly effective, particularly when your team is fully engaged in the process.
